
Ronald Schaefer, one of the founding members of LongSchaefer, retired at the end of January 2020 after many years of helping the company become a recognized leader in outstanding tax services.
Ron is a current member of The Western Hills Community Service Club. In the past he has been a member of the Financial Review Committee for the Oak Hills Local School District; Chairman of the Oak Hills Local School District Business Advisory Council; member of the Bond Committee for the Oak Hills Local School District; President of the Western Hills Exchange Club; Chairman of the Financial Needs Committee for the Oak Hills Local School District; member of the Oak Hills Hall of Honor Committee; Treasurer for a Tax Levy Campaign for the Oak Hills Local School District; Co-Chairman of the Committee For Expense Reduction for the Oak Hills Local School District; Board President of Cincinnati Mission Trust Fund; President and council member of Pilgrim United Church of Christ; President and council member of Martini United Church of Christ; member of the Bridgetown Junior High Improvement Committee; member of Pupil Services Committee for Oak Hills Local School District; and member of Bulthaupt Memorial Scholarship Committee.
Ronald Schaefer is a graduate of Oak Hills High School and the University of Cincinnati. Ron is a member of the Ohio Society of Certified Public Accountants and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
In addition to being a CPA, he received a Personal Financial Specialist designation and is a member of the Financial Planning Division of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
Ron and his family reside in Blue Ash.
